About
Eagle Aerospace Academy Arizona prepares our students with a hands-on, Leadership Opportunities. We have a Cadet Field Staff that has responsibilities and leadership opportunities, with the supervision of our Veteran Tactical Officers. Designed to build confidence and clarity, this training shows how Eagle combines leadership mentoring, aviation fundamentals, field skills, and Air Force traditions through engaging weekend training. You’ll learn the basics of aerospace careers, what disciplined teamwork looks like, and how to apply safety-minded thinking to aviation-style activities. Participants will be able to explain core aviation concepts, identify personal strengths for leadership development, and be ready to take the next step toward toward an outstanding outcome!
