About
STEM and Aerospace Career Prep: From Field Skills to Leadership helps Arizona families prepare students for an aviation and aerospace pathway through hands-on learning, career mentoring, and exciting weekend leadership exposure. Designed for students who are curious, motivated, and ready to build real skills, this course shows how field fundamentals connect to aerospace careers, effective teamwork, and Air Force–inspired leadership habits. You’ll learn practical concepts, aviation orientation essentials, and field skill practices, then apply them in guided leadership scenarios that build confidence and direction. We include in the field support from Drones for recording of actions on the ground and adding video to enhance our website and community visibility.
